Joseph Conley has more than 20 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Support and IT Systems deployments serving customers in the Federal Government and Commercial Sectors. He has expertise in system integration, operations, and maintenance of networks and systems. Prior to joining SQN, Mr. Conley was a Subject Matter Expert which he supported Voice, Video, and Data Network services for the FDA worldwide. Mr. Conley also served as a Director of Networking for Erickson Retirement Communities where he was responsible all LAN/WAN network issues for local and remote sites. Prior to that, Mr. Conley completed an excellent career in the United States Army. Mr. Conley is a Certified Cisco Network Professional and holds a degree in Computer Technology from Youngstown State University.

Louis Bullock manages business development, strategic planning, financial and administrative operations for SQN Systems. Mr. Bullock has had an impressive 13-year career as a professional basketball player in the European Leagues. Participating at the highest level of competitive sports has sharpened his business acumen. He has a keen understanding of what it takes to build winning teams by maximizing diverse skills and strengths to yield outstanding, measurable results. As a team leader, Louis Bullock is focused on growing the company and building strategic relationships and partnerships. He has been instrumental in tripling SQN's revenue since the company's inception and expanding SQN's presence in state and federal contracting spaces. Mr. Bullock brings the global perspective to SQN Systems having traveled extensively throughout Europe and developed contacts with top political and business leaders. This international experience mixed with his studies of Liberal Arts, focusing in Business, from the University of Michigan has immensely broadened his business principals. He is fluent in Spanish.
